SERVICES
Therapy should be accessible and supportive—no matter where you are in life. Below, you’ll find the services I offer to meet you at your unique stage and needs.
-
In our work together, I integrate approaches like Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you reconnect with your strengths, navigate your emotions, and gently shift patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you're carrying the weight of trauma, cultural identity challenges, or daily stressors, therapy is a space where your story, your emotions, and your background are fully welcomed and honored. With a trauma-informed and multiculturally respectful lens, we’ll explore how your environment, history, and relationships have shaped your experience—and how you can move toward healing, clarity, and self-trust at your own pace. You'll learn practical tools and compassionate strategies to support your mental wellness while staying grounded in who you truly are.
-
Every relationship carries its own unique mix of histories, emotions, and cultural experiences—and therapy can help you find your way back to connection, even when things feel hard. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness practices to help couples understand each other more deeply, improve communication, and repair emotional wounds. Whether you’re navigating conflict, disconnection, cross-cultural dynamics, or past trauma, we’ll work together in a space that feels safe, inclusive, and respectful. I honor the many ways love and partnership can look, and I approach each couple with curiosity and care. Our work is about building a relationship that feels more secure, responsive, and grounded in shared meaning—no matter where you’re starting from.

How To Pay For Therapy?
-
A sliding scale is a flexible payment option that adjusts the session fee based on a client’s financial situation. It’s designed to make therapy more accessible to those who may not be able to afford the full fee. If you’re interested in exploring sliding scale availability, feel free to reach out—we can discuss what feels manageable for you.
* I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots in an effort to make therapy more accessible to those in tough financial situations.
-
Clients are required to pay for sessions at the beginning of each appointment using check, cash, or Ivy Pay. Checks can be made payable to Grateful Heart or GHHTC. I'm happy to offer flexible options to make the process as simple and comfortable as possible.

While I do not accept insurance or bill insurance companies directly, many clients are able to receive full or partial reimbursement for our sessions through their out-of-network benefits. Upon request, I can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider. Please note that payment is required in full at the time of each session, and it is the client’s responsibility to contact their insurance company to determine coverage, submit documentation, and handle any reimbursement.
